Management Council Rejects Proposal
At its April meeting, the NCAA Division III Management Council dismissed a proposal to eliminate testing for street drugs. It also discussed playing and practice seasons, increased the women's lacrosse bracket, and voted to allow athletic trainers to receive professional development and education funding.

Kevin Ziegler knows fire and ice. Ziegler is a member of Minnesota Task Force 1 in the Minneapolis Fire Department, which he joined 14 years ago.
